PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW MELALUI MOTIVASI BELAJAR, MINAT BELAJAR, DAN FLOW AKADEMIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis hasil-hasil penelitian yang membahas hubungan antara self-efficacy dan prestasi belajar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), mengingat adanya perbedaan temuan empiris pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis empat artikel jurnal nasional yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Artikel-artikel yang dikaji berasal dari jenjang pendidikan menengah dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sehingga memungkinkan dilakukan perbandingan temuan secara sistematis serta mengisi celah penelitian terkait variasi kekuatan pengaruh self-efficacy dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penelitian menemukan adanya hubungan positif antara self-efficacy dan prestasi belajar PAI. Siswa yang memiliki self-efficacy tinggi cenderung lebih percaya diri, lebih tekun dalam belajar, dan lebih aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga mendukung pencapaian prestasi belajar yang lebih baik. Namun, satu penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar relatif kecil pada konteks sekolah dengan sistem pembelajaran yang sudah terstruktur dan capaian nilai siswa yang homogen. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa self-efficacy merupakan faktor penting dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, meskipun perannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks pembelajaran dan karakteristik peserta didik.
